A dashboard is a visual display of the most important information needed to achieve one or more objectives.It is consolidated and arranged on a single screen so the information can be monitored at a glance. Dashboard can be broken down into Solicitations ans Contracts.

Solicitation is the process of notifying prospective or qualified bidders on the bid solicitor's wish to receive bids on the specified product or project.Solicitation include request for proposals (RFP), request for quotations (RFQ),request for bid(RFB), request for quote(RFQ) and request for competitive sealed proposal(RFCSP) which may be made public through this application.

A contract for the purchase of supplies or services that is entered into this application. A contract is a step in the initial public offering process whereby an undertaker submits .After collecting competitive contracts from these undertakers, the issuer awards the contract with the best price and contract terms.

The administration module offers,users the possibility to manage general parameters,like schools,departments,department contacts,vendors and vendor items which are used in this application.Administration of the application provides access for add,update,and delete these parameters.

URL Management gives the permission to application users, for accessing specific webpages.So that, users can read or write or either read or write the pages based on their permissions.If an unauthorized user tries to view a restricted page, the user either sees an error or is redirected to a page that you specify.

To work with this application, you must be able to identify users in this application.User Role management lets you treat groups of users as a unit by assigning roles to users such as admin,buyers, contacts and so on.

Reports are always part of an application.Reports are categorized into two types.Reports are retrieved based on the parameter entered in report parameter window.

Settings provide the facility to add,update delete solicitation methods(to procure goods and services),acqusition types (for secure bids) and complexity types (level of bid complexities).

My profile module shows the profile of user who login to the application.It contains name,phone-no,email-id and some more important details about the user.User can update their profile.

Problems and errors in pages are registered through this module.
